Terms of Use
EverLife Capital is a publication operated by Consult Us, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as EverLife Capital. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of everlifecapital.beehiiv.com, our newsletters, research notes, social channels, and any other publications or content published under the EverLife Capital name (collectively, the “Site” and “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services. Our handling of personal information is described separately in our Privacy Policy.
Section 01Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Consult Us, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as EverLife Capital (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Consult Us, LLC,” or “EverLife Capital”). Your use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be 18 or older to use the Site or Services. The Services are not directed to individuals under 18.
Section 02About EverLife Capital and Educational Purpose
EverLife Capital is an independent publication that produces educational research on longevity biotechnology companies and aging-related science. Content is intended for entrepreneurs, operators, and investors aged 45 and over who want to understand the longevity biotech sector early.
All research notes, company write-ups, framework documentation, and tracker entries use the 25-Gate evaluation framework (currently v4.1). The framework is a methodology for organizing publicly available information about early-stage and clinical-stage longevity biotech companies. It is not a recommendation engine and does not produce buy or sell signals.
EverLife Capital maintains a Hypothetical Research Tracker (Internal Reference Framework) for the purpose of testing the 25-Gate framework against real companies over time. The Tracker uses internal reference weightings sized against a notional reference total. The Tracker is illustrative only. No capital is deployed. No positions are taken on behalf of any reader. No pooled vehicle exists. No subscriber capital is accepted, managed, or solicited.
The Hypothetical Research Tracker is not a model portfolio, investment model, simulated account, managed account, or performance reporting system. Any references to hypothetical allocations or framework weightings are organizational research tools only and should not be interpreted as investment recommendations or simulated investment returns.
Section 03No Investment Advice and No Securities Offer
EverLife Capital does not provide investment advice. Neither Consult Us, LLC nor any individual author is registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any state securities authority, or any non-U.S. regulator. The publication operates as a newsletter and educational research site, not as an advisory service.
Nothing on the Site or in the Services constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security, token, fund interest, or other financial instrument. Specific companies, programs, and mechanism classes are discussed solely as educational material. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a licensed financial professional before acting on any information contained on the Site.
Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, solicitation of an offer to buy, or recommendation of any security or investment product. References to private companies, including but not limited to Repair Biotechnologies and Yuva Biosciences, are for educational and informational purposes only.
Your use of the Site does not create a fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, attorney-client, or medical-provider relationship between you and Consult Us, LLC, EverLife Capital, or any author.
This publication is impersonal and not tailored to the investment needs of any specific person.
Section 04No Medical Advice
EverLife Capital does not provide medical advice. Content on the Site discusses biological mechanisms, clinical research, drug development programs, and aging-related science for educational purposes only.
Nothing on the Site is a diagnosis, treatment, recommendation, or substitute for the advice of a qualified medical professional. Do not start, stop, or modify any medical treatment, supplement regimen, exercise program, or wellness protocol based on information from EverLife Capital. Consult a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider before making any medical decision.
Discussions of mechanisms, biomarkers, supplements, therapeutics, or experimental interventions should not be interpreted as claims regarding efficacy, safety, disease prevention, or life extension in humans.
References to personal wellness practices, biomarker tracking, supplementation, or longevity protocols by any author are personal accounts only and are not health recommendations for any reader.
Section 05Forward-Looking Statements, Estimates, and Source Reliance
Site content may contain forward-looking statements regarding clinical milestones, regulatory pathways, market size, company valuations, mechanism-of-action hypotheses, and similar topics. Forward-looking statements are based on publicly available information and the author’s analysis at the time of publication. They are inherently uncertain and may prove incorrect.
All company valuations referenced on the Site, including enterprise value, market capitalization, cash position, and burn rate estimates, are estimates compiled from public filings, press releases, financial data providers, and similar sources. Numbers may be stale by the time you read them. Verify directly from primary sources (10-Q, 10-K, S-1, 8-K, company press releases) before making any decision based on any figure published on the Site.
Information presented on the Site may rely on third-party data sources, company filings, press releases, scientific publications, analyst commentary, or management statements that have not been independently verified by EverLife Capital. Any historical observations, hypothetical scenarios, or framework outcomes discussed on the Site are illustrative only and do not guarantee future results.
The Site may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccuracies despite reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy.
You should not rely exclusively on information presented on the Site when making financial, investment, medical, legal, tax, or business decisions.
Section 06Conflicts of Interest and Author Holdings Disclosure
The author of EverLife Capital, Eric Pemper, personally holds the following equity positions and discloses them as material conflicts of interest whenever the relevant companies or their mechanism classes are discussed. These holdings are personal to the author and are not held by Consult Us, LLC or any related entity:
- Repair Biotechnologies (private). The author holds an equity position acquired through direct participation. Repair Biotechnologies is also tracked within the Hypothetical Research Tracker. This is a disclosed conflict whenever Repair Biotechnologies or its mechanism class is discussed.
- Yuva Biosciences (private). The author holds a separate personal equity position in Yuva Biosciences. Yuva Biosciences is not included in the Hypothetical Research Tracker. This is a disclosed conflict whenever Yuva Biosciences or its mechanism class is discussed.
Additional conflicts, if any, are disclosed inline in the relevant article or research note. You should assume that the author’s holdings, biases, and prior commercial relationships may affect coverage. Read accordingly.
Section 07Subscriptions, Premium Content, and Payments
Some Services are offered on a free basis. Other Services, including premium research notes, methodology documentation, and selected framework materials, may be offered as paid subscriptions billed by Consult Us, LLC. Subscription pricing, billing cadence, and refund terms are disclosed at the point of purchase.
All payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and ends access to premium content at the conclusion of the then-current billing period.
Section 08Affiliate Relationships and Compensation Disclosures
EverLife Capital may receive compensation from affiliate relationships, sponsorships, referral arrangements, conference partnerships, advertising, or other commercial relationships, either currently or in the future. Where any material compensation relationship is associated with specific content, that relationship will be disclosed in connection with that content in accordance with applicable Federal Trade Commission and other disclosure rules.
Receipt of compensation, where it exists, does not alter the educational nature of the publication or the conflict-of-interest disclosures provided in Section 6. Commercial relationships do not necessarily influence editorial coverage, and material compensation relationships will be disclosed where appropriate.
