This Privacy Policy describes how Consult Us, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as EverLife Capital (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Consult Us, LLC,” or “EverLife Capital”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you access or use everlifecapital.beehiiv.com, our newsletters, and our related services (collectively, the “Site” and “Services”).

  • Communications: information you provide when you contact us by email or through any form on the Site.
  • Survey responses: information you choose to share when you participate in a subscriber survey, feedback request, or comment thread.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, approximate geographic region, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited.
  • Email engagement data (opens, clicks, time of engagement) when you receive emails from us, where supported by your email client.
  • Cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies (see Section 5).

We do not knowingly collect special categories of sensitive personal information (e.g., government identifiers, biometric data, full financial account numbers, health records) through the Site.

  • Analytics and advertising measurement may use cookies, pixels or similar technologies to understand Site use, measure subscriptions and evaluate advertising. Providers may include Beehiiv and Meta Platforms when enabled.
  • Email tracking (pixel tags and tracked links) measures open and click rates for emails we send. You can suppress email tracking by setting your email client to not load remote images.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Disabling certain cookies may limit some Site features.

Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies and analytics technologies are used only with consent.

The Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. There is no widely-adopted standard for how to interpret these signals, and we treat all visitors consistently regardless of the presence of such a signal.

We do not sell personal information. When advertising measurement is enabled, certain cookie or device data may be disclosed to providers such as Meta Platforms. Depending on applicable law, this may be considered sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. EU / UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

EU and UK residents have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
